Boutique Property Staging is a property styling business curating beautifully styled homes to achieve the best sales result and to appeal to the widest range of buyers. 

We take care of all the furniture, soft furnishings and decorative items required to create a cohesive, inviting, comfortable, impactful and impressionable spaces.

When you engage Boutique Property Staging to develop a design concept for your home, you are engaging a professional property stylist and qualified interior designer to bring out the best in the property.

Packages start from $2,750 (GST Inclusive) for a 2 Bedroom, 1 Living, Dining, Kitchen and bathroom.  The cost of home staging can be customised to suit your property and or budget needs. We do offer a partial staging service to incorporate and integrate with your own furniture.  The home styling rental runs for a 6 week period, which allows for a standard 4 week sales campaign and a buffer of 2 weeks if required.

Our warehouse is located in Epping (northern suburbs) and service all areas of Melbourne within a proximity of up to 45 minute radius. Additional costs shall apply outside this radius.
